The Conductive 7690 mesh structure excels in gripping filaments during deposition while ensuring smooth release at the end of the belt (web release). Its design allows for easy removal of process-related impurities, such as polymer drops, extending the belt’s service life. Unlike many other belts, the grippy surface requires no additional roughening or coating, reducing machine downtime and increasing productivity. For high-speed systems producing critical materials, the Conductive 7690 features a non-marking pin seam and carbon-coated filaments for reliable electrostatic discharge.
